Oh yeah those. Forgot for a moment, but in my defense of forgetfulness, they're late game(besides a couple) and most of the metas have Jutsus that cost 1-3 to use, mostly 2 if I'm not mistaken.

I know, there just aren't enough cards that do discarding to make a deck based on it. Alliance of Evil is the best one. But if he wants chakra control he can make a Void deck and run Kisame(1150)...
