is it possible to negate a jutsu by giving two damage to the user? if so, is it possible to negate the jutsu by giving one damage while the user is injured?

you should post this in the Q&A next time but to answer your question you will not negate there jutsu but there jutsu will fail because they no longer have a user. Now for your second question the naswer is no because the use of the jutsu is still in play and in the same team/battlefield

i think you misread what his 2nd question was he asked if you give 1 damage to an injured ninja would it stop the jutsu, the answer to that is yes if the user is removed from play (from damage or some other effect) then the jutsu will fail. this doesnt count if the user is removed by the effect of his own jutsu (tetragram, dragon flame from an inj user, ect...)
