New Pain & Naruto starter deck Legality (block)
 

Can someone please clarify this for me, as you all know the pain and naruto starter deck has just came out, and they have brought some really nice cards back, now in terms of block legal, does that mean these new starter decks are block legal? or are we still running 22+?

cards from the starter deck and set 27 r not legal yet, they will be in like a week or so (idk the exact date) so 22-26 atm

so does that mean like old school messenger from naruto deck will be legal in perhaps a week +? including old cards like void rhino?

Starters released same time as set didn't they? And its been 3 weeks since release. So new was legal as of today. Either that or every single person at my tourny today had an illegal deck...

Ok, been 2 weeks since release. Thought that was how long we had to wait...

Someone should make some sort of guide for like, new users and returning vets to catch up on the game, learn about legality, and generally know how the site works. ;)
