Is there a theme deck card list for set 27 that i can see anywhere?

Nope.
On Facebook under the Set 27 previews album, you can see the deck layed out according to Ninjas, Jutsus, and Missions (and a pic of the Madara Client) but otherwise, nada.

They are theme decks. One is Paths of Pain themed, and the other is Toads. ;p
