N-1288 Tobi & J-978 Body Flicker

I have a question about N-1288 Tobi-Cowardice and J-978 Body Flicker. Tobi says Valid: When this ninja is removed from play, draw 1 card. When this ninja becomes the target of a jutsu card or an effect, move this ninja to its owner's hand. Body Flicker removes the user from the game, being Tobi, and then puts it back in play. My question is does Tobi A) Go to your hand from his effect? B) After that, does he stay in your hand or does he come back into play from the 2nd part of Body Flicker? I read it Tobi is removed from game, you draw 1, he goes to your hand and stays there. You also put the target of Body Flicker back in play afterwards. Am I correct? If not, how does this work?

only returns to hand when he becomes the target of a Jutsu card or an effect. If he uses , his 2nd effect will not trigger because he was not targeted. He would be removed from game due to j978 which would trigger his 1st effect. You would finish resolving j978 before drawing a card (assuming your opponent does not chain any effects).
