hello, I read the post about N628 shimon preventing ninja's being put in play by flash point and missions. So what is everything this ninja stops? are reinforcements stopped, growth and such? does it literally means you can only deploy and nothing else, also you can use ambush?

stops any Ninja from being put in play except if they are being deployed. Ambush is also exempt because it is considered to be a deployment.
