Allanime's Roundup - Thanksgiving Edition
 

Tylar has brought us an early gift to be thankful for, some info on the game and how it's going. It's short, so i'm just going to include all 4 posts, with a bit of a TL;DR quote (though obviously you should just read them all)
I'll now make like it's thanksgiving and just dive right in.

For starters, we may see an SJC in Canada soon Both this post and a post by Texans in this thread (Top of the second page) say soon. Also, more prize support shall be coming. Let's hope these goodies kick up SJC attendance.
Huge multi post here full of tidbits Would anyone else like a RL: SoY set? I know I would. Look forward to potential pain stuff as well, plans for a set 30 special, December 7th confirmed release, a new nagato "soon", and Edo Tensai's will have a "new design" :eek: :D
Tylar has a soft spot for Mt. Kagemore it seems I'd love to see how he uses that :cool: also a hint at a more vicious Mifune (or jutsu/mission involving him), Talks once more on updated prizing (as well as what it takes to make a CCG), and then opens up a bit personally. :)
Lastly, in a small little one shot with only 2 questions asked We learn people just cant handle naraka and spiritomb is trolololololin :rolleyes:

What makes u believe I'm trolololololing?

I'm actually glad that Tylar mentioned of wanting to bring back Great Breakthrough but like he said it is pretty powerful. If it were to be brought back sometime it should be limited to one. With all the high entrance cost cards we have so far Great Breakthrough is indeed strong.

I wish it does comeback sometime in future starters to see how powerful it can still be.

I know I can't handle naraka. He's simply too good

I love how people r flipping out about naraka now lol wat happened to all of last format? very rarely did I hear people complain about it...now im not saying it isnt too good, but it was too good last format to....its like the second it won gencon, people just went "OMG NOW THAT IM FINALLY TAKING THE TIME TO READ THE CARD, I REALIZE ITS BROKENNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!"

People are odd.

I think there are just as many answers to naraka as there were before.

Its just Rhino coming back too makes it harder...lol

But mainly it's not so much NAraka as it is Naraka + New Deva. Naraka was fine when it was "every other turn" it shuts off odd numbers, but the new deva basically perma shuts it down. Combine that with the fact turn ramping is now back and you got the makes of a potential problem there.

Course, it's all hypothetical at this point.
