let say i deploy a ninja my opoponnent then counters with missiion path of the avengger from set 27, my questiion is can i activate hina n1107 when my opponent is removing from game x ninja cards from his discard pile

he chains his mission path of avengers and when he finsih removing his ninjas frmo his disrcard pile i chain my hina and cancell his mission is this posible?

That is not possible. The Ninjas are removed when m949 is resolving. If you wanted to cancel the Mission, you would have to do so while it is on the chain and before the chain resolves.
