Maybe you should try adding one of these guys to your deck. They are really useful (even if you only have one) if you are able to get them on the field. Every game I have played where I got him on the field, I won.

Good idea but i try put a 3 four pillars in this deck and two tenzo turn 3 and one more first hokage and 2 platoon of shikamaru and temari

I need to know which card to remove

Drop 2-3 shika outwit and yoshino for childhood advisors and 2 shika flexibility.

i dont like shika flexibility because if i dont have 5 cards in my hand i cant make a mental power battle

With sakura's decision, shikas decision, futaba, 5th supremacy, tobi, kns, and reanimation loop...if keeping 5 or more cards in hand is an issue, ur doin it wrong.

I test this deck with 2 flexibility various match and I dont like her in this deck...

Must be your play style cause flex is awesomeness. Also shikamaru is a he, not a she.

Other nifty thing with flex is his effect is still relevant after t2 and if you happen to be facing someone with better mental than u, he can shut them down.

But why yoshiro? Not is better drop shikaku nara?
