Modesto, CA 4th Quarter Chunin 11/17/2012

Tournament is on Saturday, November 17th. Registration starts at 10am. Tournament starts at 11am. Block format, constructed deck. Swiss format with top 8 cut. Entry fee is $5. Promos for all participants who enter. Prizes for top 8 (mats, additional promos, etc.) and additional prizes to be raffled off to players.
