Reducing Jutsu cost question
 
Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum, so I thought I'd start it off with a question that's been bugging me.

Naruto Uzumaki (N1298) reduces my lightning jutsu cost with (1).
Does that mean I can play a jutsu that has 2 lightning cost by paying only 1 chakra? Or does the jutsu have to have a random chakra cost on it for this effect to activate?

His effect will only reduce the Chakra cost of Jutsus that have a Generic Chakra cost.
