Quick Announcement Regarding Series 25 Release Day
 

Series 25 release will be staggered, with the starter decks releasing first, then the boosters 4 weeks later.

Here are the dates:

Theme Decks: Releases 05/11/12, legal for tournament play on 06/01/12
Boosters: Releases 06/08/12, legal for tournament play on 06/29/12.

The Reinforcement rule change (found here) will still remain legal on 05/11/12

To be fair, they don't have to say anything. The only thing they ever announced the release date for certain is the theme decks.

Now I'm going to make fact known: Stop arguing/flaming.

We have been cursed by the card gods, noooo!

Why is this happening?
Also, now there is no way I am going to travel to Georgia since the reinforcement ruling is tied to the set 25 release.

15 Business days till orignial release date. Why the sudden push back date?

What do you mean the set has been staggered? A halt in production or something? I would assume it was something unprecedented to push it back an entire month, maybe a printing issue or something?
