Using Shino n1654 with Shika 1425

If I use Shino to pay the cost of Shika , will I trigger Shino's effect? I ask because Shino would never be revealed to my opponent with Shika's effect, so I want to make sure if this can work.

Shino would not trigger since he was not revealed.
