Rasengan up to 1:eek: you are crazy????

honestly the card is really restricted, you have to win your coin flips as well, and compared to the other snipes that were in approaching wind up, its not doing a whole lot, I mean its not Water Dragon [which is possibly the dumbest card ever made.] Remember the format is still in testing, if rasengan is a problem it'll be moved off to max zero, but so far, no one can hit it consistently at one, and I'm playing Over2k so theoretically I have the best chance of hitting it.

Made some updates to the rogue list, Ink Leech and kushina [tp4] were really bad for the format at 3, I forgot about turn 1 embraces, so We've limited both of them and limited 4th as well.

We've also Knocked Big bang down to two.
