Serious Question
 
I currently have a Puppet Build with Tetragram and everything, but I think I need something better so i can keep up with the meta, I'm currently scarce on cards and stuff. I have a limited budget ($60-70), what deck can I build? What should I do?

Shimon Says is cheap as chips. The most expensive card you absolutely need is probably S22 Obito o.O
Shika's D will go a long way though, but every good player should already have a playset of those...

Mental Earth is inexpensive as well.

I ran a wind deck with a puppet engine ( crow for draw, father and mother for team jumping and puppet mode so sage mode isnt so untouchable when i tet). Very inexpensive except for Kazekage and Pump Sakura both of which arent really needed. Top 4 and chunin win ( 2012 4th quarter chunins) and 2nd place (1st quarter 2013 chunin). If u want, i can pm u the decklist i used at the time.
