because w/o the handcost it would have even less of a drawback for playing your opponents missions for free, especially since you can still play a mission of your own for the turn.

Sadly, she only works when deployed, and cant choose perm-missions. Otherwise, stealing a Warhawk on turn 1 would have been so awesome...
