Mizukage & Raikage
 

2 of the four kages that were revived by Edo Tensei.
They each have two different versions here. One with void and sacrifice, and the usual Edo Tensei type effects of the newest set, and one w/o sacrifice, has regular elements, and a regular effect. They are both given the same art though. And no, I do not have the Edo Tensei background for the cards

I had flirted with the idea that they should eventually finish the triple element cycle, and even wrote out the possible guys that would fill in those spots. I also had 2nd Mizukage pegged as Water/Fire/Wind, due to him being a mix of Water and Genjutsu, as well as his primary Jutsu being that clone who heated up (Fire) and then rained down hail (Wind).

As for the Third Raikage, I had him as Lightning/Fire/Earth, since that was a spot that needed to be filled, and Earth is known for being defensive, and Fire is offensive, and since he was supposed to have the best of both, it fit.

Triple Element Raikage seems a bit strong though. Even dumping 3 chakra into him will make him a huge solo Attacker who can kill off any mid-game Ninja.

Interesting ideas none the less.

Yeah, I made Mizu those elements for the same reasons as you :D

I thought the Raikage was a bit strong. He was initially a turn 6, but I thought that was too strong, so I bumped him up to turn 7.
