Looking for a fun format to play with a group of friends? Then look no further than a Sealed or Draft event. Rules of these two formats can be found below:

Naruto Shippuden Sealed Format

Players bring with them 4 sealed booster packs from any Naruto Shippden CCG Series (tournament packs work the best!). All players should be using the same booster pack types.

Ex: 2 Booster Packs from Series 24 “Sage’s Legacy” & 2 Booster Packs from Tournament Pack 4 (TP4) are chosen to be used for a Sealed Format tournament. All players in the tournament should be using 4 Booster Packs from those Series as well, 2 from each Series.

Then all players open their packs and construct a 30 card Deck from the pool of cards they unpacked in the time limit set by the players or the Judge(Meijin).

There are no Ninja restrictions for Deck construction. (Ex: If you unpack 5 “Naruto Uzumaki” Ninja cards you may include up to 5 of them in your Deck if you wish.

All other cards not used form a Side Deck for you to use during the duration of the tournament.

Naruto Shippuden Draft Format

Players bring with them 3 sealed booster packs from any Naruto Shippden CCG Series (tournament packs work the best!). All players should be using the same booster pack types.

Ex: 2 Booster Packs from Series 25 “Kage Summit” & 1 Booster Packs from TP4 are chosen to be used for a Draft Format tournament. All players in the tournament should be using 3 Booster Packs from those Series as well, 2 from Series 25 and 1 from TP4.

Then each player opens 1 Booster Pack, chooses 1 card, and passes the pack to the left. This continues till all cards have been selected and handed out.

This is repeated with the next pack, but pass the pack to the right instead. This is repeated once again with the final pack but passed to the left instead. (If players choose to use more than 3 packs, the packs are passes from left to right in this fashion).

There are no Ninja restrictions for Deck construction. (Ex: If you unpack 5 “Naruto Uzumaki” Ninja cards you may include up to 5 of them in your Deck if you wish.

All other cards not used form a Side Deck for you to use during the duration of the tournament.
