Series 26 “Inherit” Mechanic Preview

Welcome to the first preview from the upcoming Series 26 Avenger’s Wrath.

This amazing new set brings five unique game mechanics to the Naruto CCG. The first of these is “Inherit.” This keyword captures the shows’ theme of new generations surpassing those that came before them.

In the Naruto CCG, the “Inherit” mechanic finds its home with the Fire symbol. A symbol which is synonymous with Leaf Ninjas and the Will of Fire; but what does it do? Well let’s take a look at an example of an “Inherit” Ninja card.

As you can read, Ninjas with “Inherit” transfer their ability to another of your Ninjas when they are discarded from play. While “Sasuke Uchiha (N-1506)” has an effect that gives him the ability to cripple another Ninja’s Combat by his Entrance cost (2) for 2 Fire Chakra (i.e -2 Combat), his effect is much more devastating if you are able to transfer it to a late game Turn 5 or 6 Ninja, and Inherit allows you to do just that!

Series 26 has many “Inherit” Ninja cards that can combo to create unique new Fire Deck, so check them out each week as they are revealed exclusively on this site!

In this mini-Naruto related event, we give you the power to determine the best Naruto Shippuden Ninja around. You will be voting for which Ninja you feel would win or be the best in a one-on-one battle.

Assume that the Ninjas are in their peak fighting condition with the setting being the Valley of the End, and itsadjacent forest. Also every Ninja has all the basic Ninja equipment (i.e. kunai, explosive tags, etc.) as well as any specials they are known to have (i.e. Kisame’s Shark Skin or Danzo’s arm with all its Sharingan Eyes open).

After the event has finished and the ultimate Ninja crowned, we may have an exclusive preview to show of said Ninja so get ready to vote!
