The following locations are allowed to schedule a Chunin Tournament on any Saturday or Sunday from January, 2013 through the end of March, 2013. Please allow enough time to promote your event and allow Bandai to ship prize support.
The format for this Quarter of Chunins will be up to the host venue, please check ahead of time to make sure, in either case the two formats allowed will be either be “Block” or “Unlimited”.
In order to run the event you must visit http://opprogram.com/bandai/ and schedule your Chunin Tournament. You may also visit this site to see information regarding all upcoming Naruto CCG events including Chunin tournaments in your area.
PLEASE REMEMBER WE WILL NOT SHIP YOU THE PRODUCT FOR THE EVENT UNLESS YOU LIST IT VIA THE OP PROGRAM WEBSITE SO WE CAN SEE AND APPROVE IT.
Makes sure to upload the results of your events as soon as they are finished or you risk not being chosen in the future. This also applies if you do not submit your local events including but not limited to Genin & Ninja Academy level tournaments.

Include your name, the location in which you won the Chunin, and the event you wish to apply the First-Round Bye to. This must be done at least a week before the event so I can inform the location.
