Business Analyst
Reporting to the CFO (with a strong dotted line relationship to SBU management and the EVP, Sales and Marketing), this position has the responsibility to analyze and coordinate business analysis and provide support directly to Company’s strategic business units, including key support to the core Toy business, including Boys, Girls and Preschool SBU’s. The main purpose of this position is to provide analytical support and reporting to the business.
Coordinator, R&D
Oversees and supports creative services and product development of Harumika and other girls and preschool brands. Works closely with Bandai America Tokyo and becomes the “communication bridge” between BAI Tokyo R&D and BAI Marketing. Works closely with Tokyo managing budgets, creates schedules with R&D, Marketing and vendors for ongoing projects, occasional travel – international & domestic.
